I'm pondering adding a family room or a home theatre room to my dwelling. I live outside the city limits so zoning is not an issue. I know some peeps in the business so getting up to code is not an issue either. If I add a family room... I will extend out the front. If I go the way of the home theatre... probably add a level upstairs. Any you guys have experience adding footage to an "already established" residence? I could use some good ideas... I'll post a pic of my home and you guys tell me what you think.
