I saw there was a note on here to please post something cause Ive been away a little while. Nice to be missed.
Ive been hiding out over at Peak Muscle recovering from having my Gall Bladder taken out.
The surgery was this past Friday. For two weeks prior I had nausea with every meal and had to take anti nausea med so I wouldn't croak and lose weight. Its been a problem for a few years at least. They decided to take it out. It went the easy way. I have four little holes punched in my wall. It hurts a little but that is ok. I have to stay out of the gym for 21 days and that is the most difficult part. I went in and had my best leg day ever the day before the surgery. now im set back. Im feeling small guy's pain right now of constant set backs.
Drawing my cycle back slightly ( was three weeks in) but doc says super powers help the healing. :)
