May sound like a dumb question but.......
I have a hard time getting good nutrition in Afghanistan. I don't live on a military compound so our diet is not as easy as it would be if I were at a big DFAC. I am thinking I would like to order egg whites but I can't seem to find much information on if they can be shipped or do they have to be in cold storage or what......
Anyone know of any products that might work and be able to handle the shipping? Sometimes it can take a couple of weeks to get to me......
