I'm having trouble following the calculation of "Tabular Discount" = 378 at Odomirok Ch 15 (Sch P), Page 169, Table 44a.



Can anyone please help in clarifying how they came up with Tabular Discount of 378 to get Sch P Part 4's Prior year row?
