Medicare Advantage (MA), Med Supp Statutory Reporting MLRs

Could anyone advise if health plans are required to report premium, claims, enrollment, MLR, etc? If so, do the requirements apply to MA, Med. Supp, both? Always able to get decent data on the commercial side, but unable to decipher the Medicare line items in the NAIC filings. Any guidance on this is greatly appreciated. Let me know if you need additional context.
