I'm interviewing for an actuarial firm, a huge insurance company, but in a remote area, with approx 5-12 actuaries in the department. Will I be learning less or have less potential to grow within the company or move out to a bigger company by starting at a small actuarial department?
Does size of actuarial department matter?
