I have an excel cash flow that looks like
15,000
then 11 rows of 0's
15,000
then 11 rows of 0's
-17,000
then like 1000 more rows of 0's
If I take IRR of this whole range, I get a Div 0 error. If I stop the range at the -17,000 I get an answer.
I would prefer to leave the whole range included as I was hoping to write a macro to loop through a number of years of different cash flows. Any easy solution here?
