I'll admit that until recently I didn't know about testosterone. I still haven't done much research on this but it looks like it is responsible for muscle growth, sex, hair growth etc. Also a friend of mine told me that sometimes when a person is not feeling energetic or "in a mood" of something (bodybuilding, sex, work etc), it is because of testosterone.
Are these established scientific/proven facts or merely theories? If the former, is there any natural and safe way (again scientifically proven) you could boost testosterone production in body?
