I was just going back through Shapland & Leong problems and checked the CF errata and there are updated formulas posted for the GLM approaches. The lower sum for the problem answer is r=2 for Beta, but in the formulas it shows r-2. Maybe I'm going crazy, but it looks like they should all start with 2 for the lower sums.
