need to get back to 620ngdl or less for labs !

iv'e been on trt for a year , I inject myself w/200 mg test cyp./2 wks ive been on a blast for 8 wks. ,orals and test cyp. 200 mgs every 5 days . the orals ended 2 wks ago. my test at my last lab. was 620 ngdl , but the cyp taken wkly has surely raised my test , now I need to return to norm. for a surprise lab !!...should I just stall for 14 days and skip the shot and then wait a week more for it to go down or am I screwed ? thanks
