how high is your test at 200 mgs/wk ?

I read that some bros are on trt that get or take shots of 200mgs of test cyp. every wk ! so I was just wondering how high that makes your test on labs ? out of curiousity so it will help me adjust my dosage after a blast since I,m on 200mgs every 2 weeks and I need to get back as close as I can to 620 ng/dl for an upcoming lab ! thanks
