Jacksonville Jaguars defensive end Jeremy Mincey will miss Sunday's game at Houston because of a violation of team rules. Coach Gus Bradley made the announcement Saturday before the team left for Houston, saying Mincey would not make the trip. The team says Bradley will address Mincey's situation following Sunday's game against the Texans. The Jaguars also signed receiver Jeremy Ebert to the active roster and placed receiver Stephen Williams on injured reserve with an Achilles injury.
