I've read a few forums, did a lot of research, and now I want to ask for your advice.
I know that several of you have CT and I was hoping you could share some dos/don'ts, tips and remedies.
I started having numbness/pain this week. I thought I just slept on it wrong, so I went to the doc and was told it's CT.
I now have a brace (not sure if it helps any) and some ibuprofen. I'm hoping since this is the first sign of CT that I can nip it in the bud and get rid of it. Maybe my expectations are too optimistic. :shrug:
