People who grew up in the 70s-80s aren't as cool anymore...

I know aging of the 1980s borns out of adolescents into heads of households is the biggest culprit



But that's not all because the 90s and 2000s born are not as outdoorsy wild crazy as we were.



I don't see as many of the Wayne's World, Bill and Ted Theodore Logan types, the ferris Beuller types,



The "Duuuuude check out my shades....dude that skateboard is kickin some seeeeerious heat"



The van Halen and Zeppelin and garage heavy metal with the wild ear plugs and neighborhood block parties



And the motorcycles and bubbilicious and bikers drinking welch' grape soda and eating fruitloops and jolly ranchers



Thumb tacks and that big bulky boombox



The old pool parties and water tubing theme Parks



This stuff was 80s energy to me and it's not there today



Nobody is fighting for any right to party anymore



I think its the worsened economy, the increased focus on legal liability, the over obcession in today's society on safety and health to a level that is making life less daring as it once was. And lastly, the cell phone age
