Question : Does lower lapse lead to lower or higher mortality?
I think lower lapse lead to higher mortality because it's a kind of anti-selection,the few lapses are the healthy folks, the bad healths persist in the pool thus leading to higher persister mortality.
But the Ace card #136 ( LIPF Ch3) says " Effect of low lapse rates -- this should lead to a lower Mortality."
So, where am I misunderstanding this? :shake:
