This model solution states bg=1. Is this generally true, or did the exam taker figure out it's true in this case? I don't think I saw that defined in the paper. I see g=1/p by definition...
I figured that whole section about MBBEFD curves, defining g and re-parameterizing in terms of g and b rather than a and b would be beyond the scope of fair questions... 2012 #8 is no different, since it can be answered without this knowledge.
