This question is a bit more ambiguous - does your company keep track of your work hours?
"Keep track" can mean many things, possibly:
- keeping track of when you arrive and when you leave for the day
- keeping track of when you eat lunch
- keeping track of how many hours you spent on each project
- keeping track of what you did on an hourly basis
- keeping track of how long you spent in the bathroom
It doesn't have to be extreme for you to answer "yes", but just enough for them to reasonably be able to estimate how many hours you spent on activity XYZ at work.
