Perhaps this has been hashed out? I've seen it discussed plenty regarding Feldblum, but couldn't find it in regards to Odomirok:
On Odomirok page 131, the formula for fast paying provision is
20% * (C+D)
where C is overdue excl disputed, and D is all disputed
I think that's incorrect. According to the formulas in the AS Schedule F, the penalty for a fast payer is
20% * (overdue excl disputed + overdue disputed)
So in the AS, the <90 day disputed are not included, but in Odomirok they are.
