So I, like most people, use something standard, like Arial size 11-12 black font for emails. I occasionally get an email from someone that is in a unique or nonstandard font face or color. What do you think when you get an email like this?
I assume the person is less intelligent than I would otherwise. Not for any real reason, I just can't help but think they are a bit of an idiot. it is almost always harder to read.
Two part question:
1) What is your initial, knee-jerk reaction to this?
2) Are these people actually dumber than everyone else?
My theory is that the crazier the font, the dumber the person using it is.
