Hey guys,
I am a college junior interested in the actuarial fields. I just took the Exam 1/P last week on my first try and passed it. Had a little background in probability but took Calc 1,2, and 3 beforehand. Studied about 400 to 500 hours and still felt unprepared. I was very nervous before the exam, but the exam was actually much easier than I expected.
I am going to start studying for the Exam FM this winter and am planning to take the exam in April. How long does it usually take to study for the Exam FM? Is it easier or harder?
I know that the answers to these questions really depend on each individual. I just would like to hear you guys' opinions in general.
Thank you very much.
