I took the P/1 Exam this past summer and did not do well. However, I feel I got a much better idea of how to study and what to expect. I just scheduled to take it again in January (haven't had time to take it any sooner).
I have recently started studying and purchased an ACTEX study manual this time around. Good idea? One of my problems the first time was that I didn't take enough practice exams and wasn't prepared for the time limit.
I'm a sophomore in college so I'm kind of new to all this, so I'm just looking for any other suggestions for studying, general preparation, etc. How big of a deal is it that I didn't pass the first time? Is there anyone who did very poorly on the first time they took the exam (like I did) but then passed the second time after they knew what to expect? Any suggestions/advice is appreciated.
Thanks
