Resume critique

Looking to switch paths and I would appreciate some feedback before I start posting my resume.



I guess my main questions would be:

1. Is the formatting ok?


2. Should I remove the PhD candidacy? When I was applying for academic positions, I was told that I should include it. Otherwise, it looks like I spent four years on a masters.


3. Do I need to add bullets for the Research/Teaching Assistant positions?
