So hubby and I are not seeing eye-to-eye on how quickly one of us should be able to reach the other person by phone. i.e. if spouse 1 does not answer their phone immediately, how long is reasonable for spouse 2 to wait for a callback?
Does it matter if it's during the workday or not? Assume that both spouses work.
Spouse 1 has no idea why spouse 2 might be calling; no idea if it's an emergency or not.
