I did a search and didn't see any posts about this, people mostly have said the syllabus hasn't changed in the past few years. I'm using a 2nd edition of McDonald, and All-Or-Nothing is covered in Chapter 22, which is not on the syllabus anymore, and the phrase "All-Or-Nothing" doesn't appear on the March syllabus.
Are we safe to skip this? Or does it appear in the 3rd edition of McDonald in one of the chapters that is on the syllabus?
