I want to start applying for MBA programs, but will only go if I get into one of my target schools. Otherwise I plan to remain where I am.
I will be up for a promotion next year, but Im afraid that asking for a letter of recommendation will scare my employer off and make them think I will leave at the first chance I get. I know I always have the option to switch firms, but I like where I'm at and have a ton of opportunities there. Thoughts?
