"Snap Circuits" or "Littlebits" or...?

Any folks here have experience with these kids' electronic toy kit thingies? Or similar? When I was a kid I had the Radio Shack "push the wires into the springs to make obnoxious sounds" kit. Looking for the modern equiv. (possibly with less obnoxion).
