I am reading Corporate Value of Enterprise Risk Management by Segal, and I am trying to understand how to determine the values for the Individual Risk Exposures table (see page 74 or 198).
Do these results of company value impact take into account the likelihood of a given scenario (quantitative impact * likelihood)? Or are they the impact on company value assuming that the scenario occurred (quantitative impact)?
