today my phone changed (not by my action afaik) from having a swiped pattern for security to a PIN.
I have NO idea what the PIN is and so I am locked out.
The google has told me to expect to need to do a reset. Anyone done one? What am I going to lose? What stuff will be preserved on the SIM card?
