North Korea hacked Sony? Yes? No?

dimanche 21 décembre 2014

Certainly, it can't be (at least at this point) ruled out that North Korea was the responsible party in the Sony hacking.

However, the evidence trotted out by the FBI was really weak. And any decent defense attorney knows the difference between "evidence" and "proof". To be fair, the FBI announcement included that tired old line about having other evidence, but not being able to reveal it, for fear of the world exploding.

Anyway, there's lots of skepticism in, among other places, the tech community. Here're a few links worth considering:

So, I'm skeptical.

What I am sure about is that, never, at any time, will the booboisie think anything but what the US government has told them: that it's definitely the North Korean government behind the attack.

By the way, there's a word I haven't seen around this place for quite some time: sheeple.
