I recall having a conversation with my sister, who told me she was talking to a guy who found it strange that she had never been offered drugs before. And by drugs I mean the loose definition of illegal or mostly illegal substances like pot, cocaine, heroin, etc.
Have you ever been offered drugs? To this day I've never been offered, nor even seen a "stash" except in the news or on TV.
