Examples would include:



- managers who are too clueless and socially awkward to provide their subordinates with the proper encouragement, resources, and upward mobility potential.

- managers who are unable to make quick decisions due to lack of "judgement" or overly strict adherence to various protocols.

- managers who are overly punctilious to the detriment of the business, perhaps obsessing about implementing "technically correct" but time-consuming modeling methodology even when doing so does not appreciably alter results.
