Hi ya'll
I just recently started working in a P&C company (my first internship). So far, the experience is fantastic but I'm a bit stuck in a dilemma right now, so I think it'd be great to hear your opinions.
Right now I finished exam P and FM. I can write MFE during this internship which counts toward both ASA and ACAS. Or, I can take an online CAS course that will only counts toward ACAS. Then I can take a university course that will give me MFE credit (only CASACT accepts this). So basically, I have two choices.
1. Write MFE which counts toward both ASA or ACAS
- Advantage: Counts toward both life and P&C
- Disadvantage: I can use this term to study for other exams
2. Take CAS online course which only counts toward ACAS, then take uni MFE course
- Advantage: I love P&C so far, don't have to study for an exam, can use this time to study for something else and fast track my ACAS
- Disadvantage: I'm kinda locked with ACAS
What do you guys think? :spnner:
