There are so many types of red and white wine, which depend on the grapes used. But when I go to the supermarket all I can get are green, red, or purple grapes (not counting organic, grass-fed, or free-range varieties).
Why can't I buy Bordeaux grapes, or some chilled Sauvignon Blanc grapes? Or a platter of grape blends to pair with a dessert?
