The CAS updated the answer key for the Fall 2014 exam.

They corrected the preliminary answer key on numbers 7, 9, and 10. from b, a, and b, to answers a, b, and a.
This was as expected.
However, they did not change #18, (to accepting both D and E) where there continues to be confusion regarding how to formulate the Willcoxon statistic. On the Spring 2014 exam, problem 16, the statistic used for obtaining the correct answer choice was T+ - T-, and on the Fall 2014 exam, problem 18, it was simply T+.
I sent in an inquiry about problem 18, and was told that it would be submitted "as a defective question for consideration prior to grading".
However, I haven't heard anything else about it, yet, and I'll be somewhat surprised if I were to receive another response.
It seems that, for now, at least, we are to remain in the dark regarding what statistic to use when asked to compute the Wilcoxon statistic.
