Style and range for weak 2's

This is a survey of style/range for weak 2's. I will provide several hands including chair and Vuln. Please comment as to whether you would open weak two and if you would change your action in a different chair and/or at a different Vuln. Also, if it would matter in your decision whether you play Feature or Ogust, please inform.
