So I have an interview in a few days for an actuarial position, and the question in the title is one I am always unsure how to answer. Seeking a bit of advice and insight of what an employer might be looking for. I have already had two phone interviews, one with the VP of the actuarial department and who will be flying in for these interviews. Any input would be appreciated, thank you.
