Vinyl records on a comeback

I was at a 40 y/o bday party last night and this hipster brought his xmas present to a party - a vintage turntable. I never experienced sound quality so cool. Maybe when I was younger I didn't pay much attention to a record players offerings. It was surreal. Not only that, we played the entire album. Just let the record play and play and when the side was over, you flipped it onto the other side and listened to the rest of the album. No fumbling around with an i-XYZ looking for songs, skipping bad songs. I really enjoyed it.
