Suppose your coworkers who are in a similar position and have similar seniority have a desk. You've worked for this place for five weeks now. You still don't have a desk. You were told that you would have a desk at day 1 of your job.
You have talked with your manager twice already about the lack of a desk. Your manager says that she appreciates how well you go along with the flow and how chill you are, and just informed you that you will not have a desk until the end of summer.
Despite this, someone who was hired just last week was given a desk. There were two people who were hired the same day as you were; they both have desks. So it seems that your manager is taking advantage of how relaxed you are.
