Choose between Big 4's

Hey folks -



Trying to get some advice from those that have exposure to big 4's - in particular, Deloitte, PwC, and EY.



Current situation -

- I have offers from all three;

- I have 2+ years' experience in life actuarial;



What I am wondering about -

- How are career opportunities different between the three?

- How about company cultures?

- How about compensations as career advances? Is any company significantly over/under-competitive over the time? Right now it is not much different;
