I am currently unemployed (but have a few years of actuarial experience). I won't be looking for another job for at least 3 more months so I wanted to start on FAP and try to pass the IA in this time.
The exam is expensive but I can deal with it, but my problem is buying all of the books.
Can anybody help me out? Is it possible to not buy all the books that are listed? Or anywhere to get them cheap?
