Internship Acceptance Letter

I’d like to express my gratitude to you and the entire COMPANY organization for offering to me the Actuarial Internship position. I gratefully accept the offer and look forward to working with and learning from the actuarial team this summer in CITY.



In looking ahead at the academic calendar for the spring 2015 term at RANDOM State University, it appears finals will be wrapping up on June the 12th. As such my preferred starting date would be Monday, June 15th; if this poses any sort of problem please let me know and I will find a way to make necessary accommodations.



Thanks again for giving me this opportunity with COMPANY. As someone aspiring to have an actuarial career in the Pacific Northwest I can think of no more invaluable experience than working for one of the region’s most well established health insurance providers. I intend to work as hard as I can to ensure COMPANY’S investment in me is found to be well justified and hope this is the first of many pleasant correspondences between myself and your department.
