I know hospitals buy MPL bc if stuff happens on site, then everyone is being named in the suit.
What about if a docs office is rented from some random office park? does the office park owner (non-medical specific) have any MPL exposure? So a doc at the shady hills office park, suite 420 isn't really exposing shady hills office park mgmt, right?
What if the office space is leased from some known non-medical entity. So the clinic is the Shady Hills Office Park Health Center. And the office park pays for phones and computer connections and one admin but nothing else.
