Two main questions for anyone with insight:
1) How do you personally choose which recruiter to work with? Based on whoever calls you with opportunities? Name recognition? Based on who has the best actuarial forum?
2) Of the positions that recruiters are working to fill, how many are exclusive to that recruiting firm? Anyone have a ballpark idea of a percentage of unique opportunities they may have? Or do they all use the same pool of open positions so using one recruiting firm over another doesn't change the number of opportunities?
