I figured I'd start a thread for asking random exercise questions that occur to me and benefit from the more knowledgeable members of this board.



So without further ado, to start things off:



What's the proper form for inclined bench press? I've heard conflicting opinions.



For flat bench I make sure to have the bar tap my chest so I know I'm getting the full ROM. Is that what I should be doing on incline and decline as well or is that too low?
