Papa John's does this thing where you can enter your tip online before the pizza is delivered. On the one hand, it's a great way to give them an incentive to take care of your order quickly/not spit in it/not rub it in nasty things/etc. On the other hand, tipping is kind of supposed to be a reward for good service, so it doesn't really make sense to tip beforehand.
