I don't think this is a serious attempt to legalize polygamy. But it is an interesting argument.

Many Wiccans live in multi-partner households, and until now have been unable to realize their religious right to marry the partners they are in love with.




It goes on to outline religious exemptions from drug laws and drug testing laws.
