I have some friends who got jobs in reinsurance companies like Swiss, Wilton.. and they all got titles of AVP even though they were fresh FSAs and the work/responsibility was still pretty similar to what they did before the new job. Is it the same for other reinsurance companies ( RGA, Scor, etc) that the titles are so inflated that every FSA is at least AVP?
