Nowadays everyone joins hands and solemnly intones "spot reduction is impossible". We all repeat this because we read it in books and on the internet. But how do we know this is true? After all, you can certainly spot reduce fat by sucking it out with a liposuction machine. What other means might work?
I've heard people get pretty good results with injectable clenbuterol and yohimbine (i.e. a product called Helios). I've also heard good things about ointments like Thiomucase, Abliderate, and Eviscerate. And last but not least, I have colleagues who swear by the venerable "waist trimmer".
