I had laser eye surgery (PRK) nearly a decade ago. I have been extremely happy with the results, however my eye sight is fading. I had a pretty strong prescription in each eye (-6ish) and had 20/20 or better sight for several years after the surgey. I have not had my eyes checked in a couple of years and now find myself squinting more than I would like.
Has anyone here ever had a second procedure to "touch up" fading eye sight many eyars after their initial procedure (as opposed to soon after)? Anyone gone back to glasses? I had PRK because my corneas were thin and I don't think I will be eligible for a second procedure, unless technology has advanced sufficiently (have not been keeping tabs on recent developments) and so am expecting to be re-spectacled but am curious of the experience others have had.
