I've had like, 3 interactions with this person over the course of the year. I'm now being asked to complete like a dozen detailed questions to give them feedback for the year. This, this is stupid. Did he not work with anyone all year? Did he misremember how little we worked together? Can I just answer one question with a paragraph that describes everything?
